plastic-free solutions for everyday living
Living a full life with less waste.
At Rivermont Refillery, we're passionate about sustainability and reducing plastic waste. We believe that living a low-waste lifestyle is not only good for the planet, but it's also a way to add more beauty and joy to our lives. That's why we offer bulk refills and natural products in sustainable packaging. Join us in our mission to make a positive impact on the environment and create a better world for all.
For bulk refills of shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, lotions, cleaners, etc... Bring your own clean container or purchase one in the store. Get as much or as little as you need, these items are sold by the ounce.
Refill is the new recycle.

FAQS
-
Can I bring my own container to refill at the shop?
Yes, we encourage you to bring your own clean, dry containers to refill with us at the shop. Our whole concept is based on reusing your containers as many times as possible so they do not end up in the landfill. Your container must be clean and dry.
We do have clean glass and aluminum containers for purchase in store as well as a free shelf of donated items for reuse.
-
Do you take glass jar donations?
We are happy to accept glass jars that have been sanitized through the dishwasher with labels and sticky goo removed.
We do not accept dirty containers or containers with product still inside.
Lastly, we do not accept containers that held any high allergen foods such as nut butters or shellfish.
-
Do you make all of your products?
No, we do not. We source our products from a wide variety of like-minded brands that share our values of reusable, sustainable products that also contain clean ingredients. A list of our bestselling brands can be found scrolling at the bottom of our home page.
We also carry a variety of locally made products such as soaps, candles, lip balms, shampoo bars, and jewelry!
-
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our store, the general rule is that we do not accept returns. However, if you have your emailed or texted receipt, we are happy to discuss special circumstances (I.e. if an item is faulty). Feel free to call the shop with any questions during regular business hours at 434-363-0398 or stop by!
